Located at the entrance to the Garra Natural Park, 10 minutes from Sitges, this house is the perfect retreat for unwinding. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature, such as rosemary, thyme, bougainvillea, olive and lemon trees, lavender, and aloe vera, you can enjoy the serenity that only the countryside and the sea can offer. Plus, with no neighbors nearby, privacy and tranquility are guaranteed.
The sea views from the house are spectacular. The stairs lead you to an elevated space from which you can admire the most breathtaking panoramas, and the living room terrace is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The outdoor terrace is also a perfect spot for al fresco dining or even dancing under the stars.
The house has a private pool surrounded by greenery, ensuring uninterrupted moments of relaxation. For outdoor gatherings, the Argentinian-style barbecue is ideal for sharing with family or friends. The outdoor area is also equipped with hammocks for relaxing and a trampoline for the little ones to have fun.
Inside, the house is perfectly equipped for your comfort. It has two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed in addition to the double bed. In the living room, air conditioning keeps the entire house cool, while the bedrooms have fans for a pleasant breeze at night. All windows have mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the fresh air without worrying about insects.

Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:
Check out time is 11am
Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
