Apartment 1 Rooms - Vinyet - Sitges

Alexia was fantastic in helping us find an apartment in Sitges. She was very kind, approachable, and always available when we needed her. She really went the extra mile to make the whole process easy and stress-free. We felt very supported and highly recommend her. Thank you so much for everything!

Lorena, we couldn't have asked for better support during this time. An excellent professional, approachable, very attentive to everything, and incredibly dedicated. She goes above and beyond to help; she's a sweetheart. 100% recommended, and she'll definitely be on our list for any paperwork.

We have Lorena at Hello Homes and can only wholeheartedly recommend her. She has demonstrated great professionalism, constant availability, and meticulous attention to detail in all our interactions. Always ready to advise us, very receptive, and with a great sense of humor, she guided us with complete peace of mind. A huge thank you to her and the entire Hello Homes team! 🫶🌸

We were looking for a house, but Lorena told me about a plot of land she had come across, and it turned out to be a real gem. Although the process took more than six months, I felt protected and supported by her every step of the way. She took care of things that probably weren't her responsibility, just to put my mind at ease and answer all my questions. You can tell she's someone who genuinely cares about the feelings of everyone involved, not just about closing the deal. And even though the sale is finalized, she's still been there for me: she's given me contacts for the next stage, as if her support didn't end with the signing. Lorena, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warmth and kindness, for making me feel like family during a process that can sometimes be overwhelming. I'm so incredibly lucky to have found you. ❤️

Lorena is simply exceptional. She's lovely, incredibly hardworking, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. She was with us throughout both the purchase and sale, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and genuine dedication to her work, always with special care and attention. Without a doubt, she's an agent you can fully trust. Forever grateful for all your support. Thank you!

Our heartfelt thanks to Lorena✨ for the excellent service we received throughout the entire process of buying our house. From the very first moment, she proved to be a true professional: approachable, kind, and always attentive to every detail. She guided us every step of the way, quickly answering our questions and providing us with a great sense of security during such an important time. Her commitment and dedication made all the difference. Without a doubt, choosing her was the right decision. Thank you so much for everything!

good comments about you

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Lorena and Alexia to help us buy our first home. It was a very exciting time for us, but also quite scary because it was our first purchase, we weren't familiar with the process, and we had so many questions. From the very beginning, they helped us with absolutely everything, always with immense patience, warmth, and availability. They were attentive to every detail, answering our questions and guiding us every step of the way, making everything so much easier and helping us feel calm and secure throughout the process. We are so grateful to have had them with us during such an important time, and we truly believe we couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you so much for everything, for your patience, and for being there for us until we finally had the keys to our first home ♥️

Words cannot express our gratitude to Lorena for everything she has done for us during such an important time as buying our house. From the very beginning, her warmth, dedication, and commitment made the entire process much more than just a simple real estate transaction. She has always been available, guiding us every step of the way with endless patience and impeccable professionalism. But above all, we want to highlight something that has been fundamental for us: her enormous empathy and sensitivity to the needs of my mother, who is visually impaired. She listened, understood, and attended to every detail as if it were her own. Lorena didn't just help us find a house; she helped us find a home. And along the way, we gained something even more valuable: the peace of mind of knowing we were in the best hands… and the joy of knowing we now have a friend in Sitges. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Lorena. We will never forget it.

My review is for Lorena. I'd like to highlight her professionalism, dedication, and the care she showed us throughout the entire sales process. Even during some challenging moments, she made things easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful. She was always positive, hardworking, and willing to help in any way she could. Hello Homes has a real gem on their team. Thank you so much for your kindness and for all your hard work! You're amazing!
