Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Alexia promised to wait until Saturday to show us the apartment because, in any case, she wasn't going to show it to anyone before then, even though we were available to see it any other day of the week. Today, only when we called to confirm the appointment did she tell us that she had already rented the apartment. Her only explanation was that it was a "foreigner with a lot of money." Great apartment in a somewhat quiet location (street noise is street noise). We loved the bedrooms and the beach themed decor was so0000 cute. Alot of thought has gone into planning this penthouse apartment. The bathrooms were very spacious which is a change for us in Spain. Also, the kitchen was completely stocked with cookware, Nespresso, hot pot, etc. Loved the appliances including the clothes washer. Location is great - so close to the beach and the central square. Just hope that nothing goes wrong! They do not care at all about customer satisfaction. We chose to splash out on an apartment with a private pool but the pool was not available for half of our 7 night stay due to being contaminated. No offer of compensation from Hello Homes. They were surprised when we asked for some! They said they would look into it and surprise surprise have completely ghosted us! This seems to be common practice having looked through previous reviews. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY! Will never ...

We were met to hand over the keys and explain all the facilities and there was a bottle of water and some Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome. It is a little walk out of town but very quiet as a resul. The little flat had everything we needed and we cooked our own meals some nights on the hob and in the oven. Also has a microwave. The best thing was the pool which is shaded a little in the afternoon so makes for a very nice dip. It's not noisy and not much used...so never really crowded

I only had positive experience in this accommodation. Everything is in good condition. Home appliances and kitchen stuff helped with the meals. Only three blocks from the beach and the kids loved the well maintained pool. The garden around the pool is quite nice since the grass is perfectly trimmed and the trees make a great shade. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Apartment in a very good location near restaurants and shops. Convenient location of the rooms (kitchen and living room away from the bedroom). Kitchen equipped with everything needed for everyday activities. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is very good for larger groups. There is a swimming pool on the premises. Very good contact with the apartment manager.
