Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

I just stayed at one of the properties in Sitges for two nights and it was a complete disaster. The second night we arrived back at the house and there was no running water, no air conditioning and no wifi. I was travelling with 3 kids and grandmother. After contacting the property management they sent someone to try and “fix” the issue. Unfortunately not only could they not fix the problems but they also opened up the gas line for the water in the house and the entire place smelt of gas. Hello Homes Sitges had promised us a nice house with a wooden yard which, among other things, would contain a ping pong table and working showers, chairs, mirco air conditioner, etc. We also did not receive any compensation after our failed trip with lots of mess. Right now, Hello Homes Sitges is ignoring us and that is nothing to recommend.

Property Beach house Paradise in Sitges should NOT be rented out before it is properly checked. Water boiler was broken and kept us awake the nights. For three days we were without warm water. Not to mention many items, which were broken. We had to film, take photos and talk with the stuff daily. When there was water leaking to neighbours and electricity off because of using airconditioner, we complaint. As a result, Home Sitges TOTALLY ignored us - leaving us with no compensation.

A terrible experience. The house was practically unmaintained. The pool was dirty and the garden neglected. Throughout the first day, things kept malfunctioning: the air conditioning, the television, the front door. The kitchen lacked basic utensils like scissors and sharp knives. I have been able to book an apartment in Sitges with Hello Homes for many years now. I have only ever had good experiences with Ruth and her team. Sometimes you have to explain exactly how you want the apartment cleaned. But after that it works out well. The location is perfect and very central, whether for shopping, going out or very close to the beach. In June, five of us stayed in the rental apartment "Moonlight Sea View" for five nights. The location of the apartment was perfect for us and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. All of the rooms had air conditioning and the view from the balcony or the roof terrace was really nice. What we didn't like were the following points: When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed that some of the fitted sheets on the beds were dirty and had stains. First, the double window is an " amazing" plus to this unit, to relax and sleep quietly. Great local, in the heart of town and events, close to convenient stores and restaurants. The beach is just cross the road. Walking distance to the train station. Very well equipped ( washing machine, fish washer, water heater, air con, kitchenware....) Huge balcony with a nice view ( sea and the main street) , for dine in and relax Enough space for 2 adult travelers No lift, so not recommended for wheel chair or people who can't take stairs

Very nice and big accommodation next to the harbour of Sitges, Spain. The check-in and check-out were smooth and the deposit was refunded quickly. Everything in the accommodation was clean and modern. The roof terrace was big and looking nice. Only the pillows on the loungeset could use a change. We would really come here again if we would visit Sitges and recommend this accommodation to others.
