I have nothing but words of gratitude for Lorena, not only for her tremendous professionalism, as she has been guiding and accompanying us from the very beginning throughout this long, complex, and tedious process of selling a property, even more so when one has no knowledge of the procedures, laws, or all the bureaucracy involved in selling. But what I appreciate most about Lorena is her friendliness, joy, and the warm, caring manner she makes you feel at all times. Thank you for everything, Lorena!! A big hug!
