Hello, I'm Lorena Baño!

Excellent professional, but the best of all is the human part. Dedicated to her work, she has helped us at all times. Empathy characterizes her. Without a doubt, I would recommend her.

I think that the best review that can be written about Lorena is her own presentation of "who I am". She is totally honest, which is rare these days. In the real estate world it is difficult to find good professionals who are also people. It was a pleasure to have found you, thank you very much.

We have sold a house in Ribes and we have been delighted with Lorena, always attentive, helping in everything, her management very effective and very professional and human. It was a pleasure to have met her, I am sure that if we have the option to buy or sell another house again we will count on her. Thank you very much.

Very good professional, very attentive and always willing to help you. Thank you.

Lorena is an excellent professional, absolutely delighted with all the work she has done, both in the support she has given me to find my ideal home in Sitges, and in helping me close the purchase of it. She has been very close, friendly and transparent at all times, with agile and efficient communication. She has given me complete confidence throughout the process, which thanks to her has been able to close in record time. In addition, she is charming! Thank you very much, Lorena

Incredible, Lorena made everything easy for us and we were sure that everything was going to go well throughout the entire process of our sale, and indeed, she took care of everything with a PERFECT ability to solve problems and closeness. Thank you Lorena!

Very grateful to Lorena for her professionalism and dedication. Always kind, attentive and communicative. She really made the whole process very easy and fast. Total confidence in her. Highly recommended!

We are very grateful and happy with our purchase of our house in Vallpineda with Lorena. She helped us throughout the search process and made it easy for us despite living far away. She is an efficient and very pleasant person. Buying a house can be frustrating and tedious, so it is important to work with a good professional and Lorena fulfills all of these. Thank you.

Incredible experience! A very good professional, she helped us with everything we needed, always with great attention and responsibility. Very humane treatment and it is clear that she knows a lot about the whole issue of the estates in Sitges. Thank you very much, Lorena.

Lorena has been a very friendly and attentive professional. She shows complete availability towards her clients and helps define the purchase-sale in an easy and transparent way. I recommend her without a doubt! Thank you very much Lorena.

Selling or buying a flat is never an easy task. It is a cold world, often difficult to understand. But we were lucky to be under the guidance of Lorena. She is pure hearted, sensitive and charming. And with that attitude she took us by the hand and did not let us go until the end of the procedure. She has helped us to fulfil our dream: to return to Sitges. To do so, it was necessary to sell two properties, with determining conditions that I believe were not easy. With one more we sold the first and in 2 months the second. Apart from the record time with which we closed the 2 operations, as I said, the best thing has been her hand. A friendly hand that I hope not to let go. I assure you that if you ever need to buy, sell or rent, you will be well accompanied and at all times you will know that you are safe.

I was very lucky to find her. She sold two properties. She is a great professional who is involved in what she does, she helps you in everything she can and accompanies you throughout the process so that you feel that you are in good hands. I definitely recommend her, it is very difficult to find a person like her. Thank you so much for your help Lorena!

Fantastic, friendly, polite, unbeatable treatment. Lorena adapts to any situation and looks for the best. You can see that she loves her profession and that is transmitted to the buyer or seller. I have been with her both to buy and to sell and it has been a fast, calm process with great results. She informs you of all the necessary documentation and helps you in everything she can and if she doesn't know something, she searches and searches until she gives you the solution. She accompanies you throughout the process and once it's finished, she's there again, that's how she is, Lorena. Don't hesitate to contact her and ask her for advice. She will put herself in your situation and will look for what best suits you and you will be delighted.

From the first day I met Lorena I knew that in addition to being a great professional, she is a great person. I told her what kind of purchase I wanted to make, she searched and hit the bull's eye, she found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much Lorena for your professionalism and for your constant attention, if you need a home, call Lorena. Manu

Lorena goes above and beyond being a real estate agent - she is extremely resourceful! She listens carefully to needs, identifies the best opportunities, and is extraordinarily helpful with language barriers, explaining every detail of paperwork, responding quickly to any queries, and so much more. She is simply amazing and has our hearts!

We contacted Lorena to find a tenant for our home in Sitges. Our main concern was that they were serious and responsible people, since it is our habitual residence and we have dedicated our love to it these years. From the first visit we had the tenants we were looking for, in a simple and effective way. We can only be grateful and we hope to collaborate for a long time.

Lorena has been very professional and thanks to her work we have finally found the house of our dreams. We can also count on her to follow the entire process and help us with this first purchase in Spain. 100% recommendable.
